Surf7 Terms and Conditions — Full Version

To open an account and use the surf7 platform, you must meet the following requirements. These form an integral part of surf7's Terms & Conditions.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use surf7. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Identity Verification: Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration. surf7 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• One Account: Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Location: It is solely your responsibility to ensure that using surf7's services complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction.

Your surf7 account is entirely your responsibility. It is your duty to keep your account secure and to notify surf7 immediately of any unauthorized access.

• Password Protection: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. surf7 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from password sharing.
• Logout: Always log out after using a shared device.
• Account Transfers Prohibited: Selling, renting, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized Access: If you notice any unusual activity on your account, please report it to support@surf7.bet immediately.
• Information Update: Keep your account profile up to date if your name, address, or payment details change.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on surf7. These Terms and Conditions apply equally across all betting markets on surf7.

Bet Confirmation: When a bet is successfully accepted, you will receive a confirmation message. A bet should not be considered placed until confirmation is received. surf7 is not liable for bets that fail due to network issues.

Odds Changes: surf7 reserves the right to change odds at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds will not change. However, if odds change before confirmation, the updated odds will apply.

• Minimum & Maximum Stake: Individual limits apply to each market and event, and are clearly displayed on the betting slip.
• Cancelled Event: If an event is cancelled, the full stake placed on that event will be refunded.
• Match Abandonment: If a match ends before the scheduled time, the result will be determined in accordance with surf7's rules.
• Technical Error: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a server error or technical fault, surf7 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Match-Fixing Suspicion: If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, surf7 may suspend or void all bets placed on that match.

All financial transactions on surf7 are fully secure and transparent. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Your Own Account: You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawal Verification: Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.
• Currency: All transactions on surf7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Surf7's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
• Single Use: Each bonus offer may only be used once per person or household.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: surf7 reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit bonuses in cases of bonus abuse.
• Promotion Changes: surf7 may discontinue or modify any promotion at any time.

Surf7 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Responsible gaming is a top priority in our Terms & Conditions.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can self-suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off: A cooling-off period of anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months can be set at any time.
• Reality Check: surf7 will send periodic reminders to let you know how long you have been playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the surf7 platform. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate action.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Automated betting using software or bots
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to hack an account or use another person's credentials
• Introducing malicious code or viruses into surf7's systems
• Exploiting platform bugs or glitches for dishonest gain

Either party — surf7 or the user — may close an account at any time. However, surf7 reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend an account under certain circumstances.

• At the User's Request: You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@surf7.bet.
• Rule Violations: surf7 reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Inactivity: Accounts with no activity for 12 months or more may be considered inactive.
• Refunds: Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be returned in accordance with our policies — except in cases involving prohibited activities.

Surf7 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, surf7's liability is limited under certain circumstances.

• Surf7 is not responsible for any missed bets resulting from loss of internet connection.
• Surf7 is not directly liable for any delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• In the event of an unexpected technical failure, surf7 reserves the right to determine the amount of any compensation.
• In no event shall surf7's maximum liability exceed the total balance held in your account.

Surf7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or an in-platform announcement.

• Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to any changes, you have the right to close your account.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
